According to Raw Story, newly surfaced legal documents show that the creator of the men's magazine reached out to federal authorities to report that a former model had been exploited and abused by the deceased financier. A 2005 conversation prompted the initiative after the survivor urged the media mogul to involve law enforcement due to his high profile.
Despite receiving multiple alerts from the publisher, federal agents allegedly dismissed the information for a decade and a half. A legal complaint brought forward by multiple survivors indicates that the agency eventually contacted the individual involved years later.
