According to cleanenergygrid.org, a new study led by Mark Jacobson at Stanford University details how the United States can transition to a completely renewable energy system by the year 2050. The research demonstrates that existing and proven technologies can successfully supply all energy needs, including the transportation sector, while providing round-the-clock power across all fifty states.
