Argentina Inflation Rises in July
Consumer prices in Argentina increased last month, halting a prior three-month downward trend.

According to the Buenos Aires Herald, data released by the National Institute of Statistics Agency indicates that the rate of price growth reached 2.1% in July, moving up from 1.9% the month before. Despite this upward turn, the core index remained at 1.8%, and the year-on-year figure reached 33.8%.
The recent July data matches the level previously measured in May of this year. Additionally, cumulative price increases for the year 2026 have now reached 19.3%.
